This herbal tea is designed to gradually lower blood pressure. Also helps lower LDL cholesterol in the blood and contributes to the control of type 2 diabetes. One bag makes 1 liter of tea.
Put one tea bag in a liter of boiling water. Let the tea brew for 20 minutes, let it cool and store in the fridge.
